On June 1, 2012 I worked from
9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. I have worked for a total of 46 hours at the THS this
summer. I started a project that I have been working through all of the summer.
Many of the photos of old theatres housed at the THS need to be placed in new
protective folders. In order to go through the old photographs I have had to
take them out of their old folders, and put them in new folders. While doing
this I have had to label the new folders as the appropriate theatre and wear
special gloves that prevent photographs from being damaged when they come into
human flesh. This project will be summer long and I will learn how to treat old
photographs.
